The speed is the biggest practical difference. At a round every 20 seconds, an hour of play is around 180 spins, so the edge has far more chances to work than at a casino table.
Every site shows the last 100 results. It's interesting to look at and useless for prediction: each round's result is fixed by a seed before betting closes, and runs of one colour appear naturally in random sequences. Those figures assume a 93.3% return; variance means real sessions swing much more widely in both directions. Set a loss limit and a time limit before you start, because fast rounds make it easy to play far longer than planned.
