EsportNow.gg is committed to accuracy. When we make a factual error, we correct it openly and as quickly as possible. We do not silently edit articles after publication to remove errors. This policy describes how we handle corrections.
We correct any factual error: a wrong score, a misidentified player, an incorrect date, a false claim, or a misquote. We also correct significant errors of context where an article created a materially misleading impression even if individual facts were technically true.
We do not issue corrections for stylistic updates, rephrasing for clarity, or the addition of new information that doesn't contradict what was published (we note updates separately where appropriate).
We aim to correct factual errors within 24 hours of becoming aware of them. Complex corrections that require additional reporting may take longer; in those cases we will note that the article is under review while the investigation is ongoing.
If you believe an article contains a factual error, please email us at Business@esportnow.gg with the article URL, the specific claim you believe is incorrect, and any evidence supporting your claim. We review all submissions and respond to the sender within five business days.
This policy should be read alongside our Editorial Policy, which describes our standards for accuracy, sourcing, and independence.
