The cutest skins in Overwatch are coming back for a second release. Dokiwatch 2.0 is launching in October, with Heroes like Ramattra, Mercy, and Lifeweaver in the lineup. Here’s everything fans should know.

Dokiwatch 2.0 is Coming to Overwatch

In April 2025, the first Dokiwatch skin wave brought Magical Girl flair to Overwatch’s servers. Dokiwatch Juno was the Heart of Hope, leading the charge. There were also options for Kirio, D.Va, and other Heroes, and they became some of the game’s most successful skins yet.

Now, Blizzard has confirmed the skin line is returning in a Dokiwatch 2.0 release. This time, the set will include several additional character. It’ll also lean into its theme of duality, turning Ramattra and Lifeweaver into lovable (and fashionable) villians.

Overwatch first revealed Dokiwatch 2.0 at Blizzcon 2026, calling it “a celebration of all things hopeful, bright, and sparkly.” We saw several other wild reveals at the event: Blizzard devs announced a Sombra support rework, new Hero Doctrine, and even a potential animated Netflix show.

Fans can expect to see a Dokiwatch Mercy skin in the mix, one of the most highly-requested Heroes to join the cosmetic theme’s roster.

The Ramattra Ultra Skin

Wherever there are Heroes, villains lie in wait ready to battle them. In Dokiwatch 2.0, Ramattra is stepping into that role. The vengeful Omnic gets a super-special Ultra Skin, which has added VFX and animations. Plus, he has a really adorable owl buddy to keep him company. The owl actually moves around and interacts as you play, similarly to Bastion’s bird Ganymede.

With this skin, Ramattra will speak to you in a language you understand: style. His usual armor gets a fresh remodel, with futuristic white plating. He has a deep purple cape and neon blue accents.

Let’s take a look at the upcoming Dokiwatch releases. There’s a solid mix of good and evil here: Lifeweaver and Ramattra lean into their dark sides while Mercy, Illari, and Anran lock in to spread peace and love.

Dokiwatch 2.0 Mercy

The new Mercy skin already has a full Magical Girl transformation sequence. She’s slaying with cute angel wings and a peachy orange color scheme.

Dokiwatch 2.0 Anran

Anran looks adorable in her new outfit, with a cherry red uniform and pink flower-petal fans.

Dokiwatch 2.0 Ramattra (Ultra Skin)

We already took a quick look at the new Ramattra skin, but here’s a better image showing both his forms. Ramattra also gets angel wings, and his suit of armor turns into an elegant outfit.

Dokiwatch 2.0 Lifeweaver

The new Lifeweaver skin is switching him up completely with poisonous themes. His spooky snake buddy definitely didn ‘t come from the Tree of Life, but hey, it’s still pretty cute!

Dokiwatch 2.0 Illari

Illari’s new skin has mint green hair and a sleek black outfit. Notably, it also has a super detailed weapon redesign.

Overwatch Dokiwatch 2.0 Skins Release Date

There’s still a bit of time before Dokiwatch 2.0 will hit the Overwatch shop. The set goes live on Tuesday, October 20, 2026. It’s just in time for Halloween.

Before that, Overwatch is also releasing a new comic for the Dokiwatch cinematic universe. This two-part story becomes public on September 16. It’s a good way to get caught up on the lore before actually purchasing the cosmetics.
