The VALORANT Champions 2026 skin bundle is almost here, and players have a lot of questions. Here’s everything we know about the set, including its possible contents, release timeframe, and potential cost.
VALORANT‘s Champions bundles are some of the FPS’ most successful drops. Players flock to the shop to grab these limited time launches, which commemorate the pinnacle of the game’s competition. As the year’s biggest VCT tournament draws closer, the community is getting more and more hyped for VALORANT Champions 2026 skins.
When is the bundle releasing? What’s in it? Does it have a Vandal or a Phantom? Netizens want to know. Luckily, the VALORANT leaker community is popping off right now, and fresh info is spreading. Let’s recap everything we know so far.
On August 9, 2026, VALORANT leak account @valohabercisi dropped some fresh information about the VALORANT Champions 2026 skin bundle. This user has released several accurate leaks before. They confirmed the player interest trend, saying they’ve been getting tons of questions about the cosmetic drop.
In addition, they gave fans a possible release date. @valohabercisi claims the bundle “will arrive” on Wednesday, September 16, 2026. This places the arrival at a little over a month from the time of writing. It would potentially occur during VALORANT’s planned Patch 13.06. However, we probably won’t get an official release announcement for a bit longer.
It’s important to note that these are purely leaks/speculation so far, and Riot Games has not yet announced the final Champions 2026 bundle info. More information will probably arise as the event gets closer.
VALORANT Champions 2026 will start on September 24 and span until October 18. If the skin bundle release estimate is accurate, it would occur shortly before the tournament goes live.
@valohabercisi also alleges that “the creator of the Champions 2024 Phantom is playing a major role in the creation of the Champions 2026 Phantom.” The two releases may end up looking similar or sharing some key design elements. The Champions 2024 set had bright purple accents at its full upgrade potential. It also had unique particle effects on the knife, and some flair in the weapon animations.
Typically, VALORANT’s Champions bundles include a rifle and a melee weapon or knife. We know that the Champions 2026 Bundle will probably include a Phantom: we’ll go into more detail on why that is below.
It’s hard to estimate exactly what the Champions 2026 knife will look like. VALORANT tends to get super creative with its designs. In 2021, the knife was a karambit. In 2022, it was a butterfly knife, and in 2023, it was a kunai. 2024 switched things up with a sword, and 2025 brought a balisong.
@valohabercisi wrote that they “absolutely don’t know” what the knife design could be yet: “it could be anything.” They also report that “Riot has long wanted to add a second weapon alongside the primary one in the Champions collections; I’m not sure if this will be the year it happens but keep it in mind as a possibility.“
So, to summarize:

Every year, VALORANT alternates which rifle it puts in its VALORANT Champions skin bundle. Usually, players get one of the game’s two most common guns. One is the Vandal, which has higher recoil but better headshot potential and first-shot accuracy, and the Phantom, which is worse for headshots but has better tracking and less recoil. The Phantom also has no tracers, so it’s great to spray through smokes.
Last year’s set, the VALORANT Champions 2025 bundle, included a Vandal skin. This means the VALORANT Champions 2026 skin bundle will almost certainly include a Phantom skin. It’ll be a nice change to mix up your weapon collection.
We don’t know the exact VALORANT Champions 2026 bundle price yet. However, @valohabercisi estimates that it could be similar to last year’s Champions 2025 bundle. This set, since it only included a Vandal and a melee knife, sold for 6,700 VP (about 70 USD).
VALORANT’s Champions skin bundles are always Exclusive tier releases. This price range estimate matches an Exclusive bundle with only two main items. If Riot ends up adding another weapon to the set, the cost will probably rise.
Exclusive skins are limited time launches for a specific event, and you cannot get them again after they depart the shop. You won’t even see the Champions bundle in your Night Market or rotating Store if you miss out on it, so make sure to grab it while you can!
