If your team comps are feeling a little boring lately, a new VALORANT Agent could be on the way to spice things up. Leaks have revealed a potential role and a possible reveal date: here’s everything we know so far.
We’re Getting a New VALORANT Agent Soon
Earlier this year, VALORANT players met Miks, a game-changing Controller with heals. Now, we’re reportedly getting another new Agent before the year ends, and the community is getting ready for a possible Champions Shanghai reveal.
Well-known leakers have recently provided some new information about what fans can expect. It seems like the new Agent could be arriving sooner than we expected, and they’ll have serious potential to shake up the meta. Let’s recap everything we know so far.
What Role is the New VALORANT Agent?
Everyone’s asking: what role is the new VALORANT Agent? Leaker and dataminer @valohabercisi has previously provided accurate info about VALORANT’s most recent weapon, the Warden, and other key updates. This time, they say: “I can confirm [the] new Agent will be Duelist.”
This means the Agent will likely have an aggressive kit that focuses on entering fights, securing frags, and taking space. It’s also possible they could have some movement abilities. It’s important to note that Riot has not yet confirmed the role, but the information comes from a reliable source.
Valohabercisi included what seems like an image of the new Agent. They appear to have long blonde hair, or some kind of hood. There are hourglass-shaped icons around them.
Possible Reveal During Champions Shanghai Showmatch
Reputable leaker @VALORANTLeaksEN, who has posted accurate information in the past, claims the new Agent reveal will happen at the VALORANT Champions 2026 Shanghai Finals Weekend. It will likely occur during the creator showmatch on Saturday, October 17.
If this is true, we’ll probably get to see VALORANT influencers playing the new Agent. We’d also get a full rundown of their abilities and stats.
