Heartsong Seraphine took over the Rift this summer, and now Riot has revealed just how successful she was. Official reports say the skin has raised over 3.7 million USD for charity. Here’s a recap.

The Heartsong Seraphine Skin Just Raised 3.7 Million USD

In August 2026, Riot Games announced its newest Seraphine skin release. Heartsong Seraphine arrived in League of Legends, reimagining one of the title’s most iconic supports in a bright purple color scheme. The skin quickly became one of her most popular cosmetics, and it was a common sight in Ranked lobbies and casual play alike.

Heartsong Seraphine cost around 14 USD. For each purchase players made, Riot contributed a 2x match.

On October 16, Riot revealed the venture had been a success. Heartsong Seraphine has reportedly raised over 3.7 million USD for charity. This money went to the studio’s Riot Games Social Impact Fund, which contributes to different organizations worldwide.

What is the Riot Games Social Impact Fund?

The Riot Games Social Impact Fund is Riot’s charity initiative that contributes to causes worldwide. Make-A-Wish, The American Red Cross, and The Trevor Project are just a few organizations that have received support. Riot chooses where to donate based on community impact, and players also get a say in it. Previous donations let the player base vote for their favorite choices.

“The Social Impact Fund is a separate entity from Riot Games that allows us to make direct investments to organizations around the globe that are working to solve some of the world’s most pressing problems […] Donating to international charities is a complex process and this model allows us to reach nonprofits creating a positive impact everywhere our players live.”

How Much Has the Riot Games Social Impact Fund Raised?

With Heartsong Seraphine’s skin sales, the Riot Games Social Impact fund has surpassed its previous records. As of October 2026, it has now raised over 77 million USD in total for charity.

There will likely be more Social Impact Fund skin releases for League of Legends in the future. Riot has also used this fundraising method in VALORANT, where a yearly ‘Give Back Bundle’ brings returning favorites to the shop and donates sales.
