HEARTSTEEL Comeback Confirmed: Everything We Know, Leaked Skins
Here’s everything we know so far about League of Legends boy band HEARTSTEEL’s comeback, including potential leaked skins.
HEARTSTEEL return on October 7 with six skins, a Prestige Sett and a chroma list long enough to need its own spreadsheet. Riot also brought back the 2013 SKT T1 skins as Elite chromas.

HEARTSTEEL are back, and Patch 26.20 hands them a full rollout on October 7.
Six skins, two Prestige versions, and a chroma list that runs to nearly fifty entries. Riot also used the same patch to bring back something older and considerably more sentimental for anyone watching Worlds 2026.

The HEARTSTEEL Live My Life skins cover six champions, with Sett getting the Prestige treatment.
That is the full band, unchanged. Riot founded HEARTSTEEL around exactly these six champions, so Live My Life is a second outfit for the original lineup rather than an expansion of it. Anyone hoping for a seventh member will have to keep waiting.
The roster still raises an eyebrow in context. K’Sante and Yone are both pro play staples, and K’Sante in particular is getting nerfed in the same patch his new skin drops. His W mana cost rises and his damage reduction falls, which makes October 7 a strange day to be a K’Sante main with money to spend.
Riot is also releasing Prestige Classic Baron Kog’Maw on the same date. That one belongs to a separate line entirely, aimed squarely at the League Classic crowd rather than the HEARTSTEEL audience.

The chroma counts are not even across the set, which usually signals where Riot expects the sales to land.
Kayn gets four while everyone else in the main set gets eight. Both Prestige skins get a single Vivid chroma each, which is standard for the tier.

Four of the sets share the same core palette, so Ruby, Catseye, Tanzanite, Rose Quartz and Obsidian appear on nearly every champion. If you play more than one HEARTSTEEL champion and want a matched look across your pool, those five are the safe picks.
This is the part worth paying attention to.
Patch 26.20 adds Elite chromas for five SKT T1 skins from the 2013 World Championship set.
Those skins commemorate SKT T1 K winning Worlds 2013, which was Faker’s first title. Riot is reissuing them as Elite Worlds Winner Chromas during a tournament where T1 chase a fourth consecutive championship and a seventh overall.
Riot does not usually do subtle, and this is not subtle. It also measures how long the T1 story has been running, because the 2013 set predates most of the current roster’s professional careers. Zed and Lee Sin in particular carry a lot of weight for anyone who watched that final.
All of the above goes live on October 7, 2026, alongside Patch 26.20.
That puts the release eight days before Worlds 2026 opens in Los Angeles. Riot has stacked the calendar deliberately, with the Worlds 2026 anthem landing on October 8 and the tournament’s own skin line following behind it.
Expect the usual rollout pattern. Skins and chromas appear in the client store on patch day, and the Prestige options sit behind their own currency rather than straight RP. Riot has not published prices in the patch notes, so check the store directly before you plan a purchase.
The band has had a busy few weeks outside the client. HEARTSTEEL featured in Riot’s recent Riftbound card release, so Live My Life is part of a wider push rather than a standalone drop.
That matters for timing. Riot tends to cluster music, cosmetics and merchandise around a single moment, and the HEARTSTEEL Live My Life skins landing a week before Worlds fits the pattern. If a music release follows, it will most likely arrive inside the tournament window rather than after it.
Quite a lot, as it happens. The patch carries the balance changes that Worlds 2026 will be played on, five new champions in League Classic, and a significant restriction on replay access that affects third-party apps.
