New Marvel Rivals Jubilee Leaks

As Season 9 approaches, the Marvel Rivals community is speculating that Jubilee will be one of its next Heroes. Fresh leaks seem to support this theory. Here’s everything we know.

Who is Jubilee?

Jubilee is a character in the Marvel universe, first appearing in 1989 as part of the X-Men franchise. ‘Jubilation Lee’ is her real name, and her mutant power lets her generate bursts of colorful, fireworks-like plasma energy from her hands. Originally, Jubilee was a scrappy teenage runaway before the X-Men found her hiding out and eventually took her in. Over time, she became a fan favorite because of her sharp attitude and the way she brought a younger, more rebellious voice into a team full of adults. Jubilee also developed a wholesome bond with Wolverine, who was her mentor.

At one point, Jubilee became a vampire during a major X-Men storyline. She eventually found ways to regain some control and returned to her normal status. Jubilee has grown over time from a comic-relief character into a more complex team leader, and has also gained a fully developed story arc after starting out as just a sidekick/

New Marvel Rivals Jubilee Leaks?

Fans have been speculating that Jubilee might join the Marvel Rivals Hero lineup for a while. Most of the X-Men are already in the title’s roster, including Wolverine and Storm, who Jubilee is closest to. Things got more concrete in Season 8.5, after a Marvel Rivals in-game gallery card referenced her and ‘The Hood.’

Early on July 7, 2026, reputable leak account X0X LEAKS posted an alleged picture of the character on X.com. In addition, X0X LEAKS included what may be part of her Hero description: “She’s bold, she’s electric, and she never fights alone. It’s time to pick her perfect duo who can make her fireworks shine the brightest!”

When is Jubilee Coming to Marvel Rivals?

It’s important to note that Marvel Rivals has not yet confirmed the leaks. However, if they are legitimate, Jubilee will likely arrive in the game on either the Season 9 launch (Friday, July 10, 2026) or the Season 9.5 launch. Marvel Rivals usually launches one character on the Season drop and another during the mid-season update, so it’s unclear whether she or The Hood will launch first.

Marvel Rivals is hosting a Season Premiere event on July 7 at 12 PM PST ( 3 PM EST, 4 PM Brazil, 8 PM BST). The community expects this broadcast to reveal at least one new hero and several significant Season updates.
