Stellar Blade is entering a new era in 2026. While fans get ready for the sequel, an Overwatch x Eve Protocol collab is hitting the shop. The partnership features new skins for Widowmaker, D.Va, Soldier 76 and more characters. Here’s everything to know about the bundle and its release date.

What is Overwatch x Eve Protocol? Stellar Blade Collab

On October 23, Korean sci-fi title Stellar Blade announced a collaboration with Overwatch. The game, which Shift Up developed and Sony published, went viral after its April 2024 release. It follows Eve, a space soldier who arrives to Earth with a mission. Alongside crew member Lily Artemis II, unlikely friend Adam, and other party members, she saves the post-apocalyptic planet from aliens.

A sequel, Stellar Blade: Blood Rain, is now in the works. This means it’s an apt time for the brand to bring its characters into rhe Overwatch universe. Blizzard just confirmed the collab, and we now have an official release date. Plus, there’s key art of the new cosmetics.

  • Raven Freja
  • Adam Soldier 76
  • Tachy Vendetta

Lily Artemis II is an easy pick for D.Va, since both characters use a mech. She also shares D.Va’s upbeat, peppy energy.

Stellar Blade Raven Freja Skin

Meanwhile, Freja takes on a bit of an edgier role as Raven. Her cloak transforms into Raven’s suit and she gets a hair recolor.

Soldier 76 is Adam, and his weapon also looks different.

Stellar Blade Tachy Vendetta Skin

Vendetta is Tachy, the game’s disciplined and high-ranking military veteran. It’s another matchup that makes perfect sense, with both characters’ kits relying on blades.

Finally, Widowmaker stars as title character Eve. Her elegant aura was a good fit for this hero.

Overwatch x Eve Protocol Collab Release Date

The Overwatch x Eve Protocol Stellar Blade collab will release on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Depending on your location, this may translate to Wednesday, November 4 in some regions.

Once the launch goes live, the skins will be up for purchase in the Overwatch Shop. To grab them, follow these steps:

  • Go to Overwatch’s Shop tab. The Eve Protocol bundle should appear here as a featured set.
  • Pick which items you want. In most Overwatch bundles, you can pick and choose which individual items to get. If you buy the whole bundle, it’ll be a better value, but a single skin is cheaper overall.
  • Make sure you have enough Overwatch Coins. Collab skins typically cost premium currency. This means you need to pay real-world money for Overwatch Coins. If you don’t have enough, you can buy more by clicking the Overwatch Coin on the top right of the screen and entering the Currency Shop.
  • Confirm your purchase.
  • Go to your Hero tab and equip the skin. You can also customize it here with different Aspects and Mythic Weapons.
